  1. I think Zac has some good ideas on Chuck and online content in general. I think his idea in regards to Chuck could work in this day and age especially with how big the internet is right now. But look, besides the facts Zac and Kevin discussed about whats holding a Chuck movie back and his idea back, is that right now WB only cares about getting its money back. This is something that you've said many times and that other people have said as well. Before WB does anything else they need to make a profit by getting good DVD sales, and a good syndication deal. After that happens and they've calculated all those numbers, then MAYBE WB will start to seriously consider Zac's idea, or any other idea's anybody else has, MAYBE. But all this is going to take a while. A long while.

    1. I love Zac and it would be wonderful if his idea could become a reality. But it's a dream. It's not something the networks want to do. Only thing that will move WB is if those DVD/BD sales are high and if it can sell the show to syndication. The reason they won't do what Zac is proposing is because they look at it as giving fans the option to NOT buy those DVD/BD's etc. That's why this is not going to happen any time soon. WB is in it for the long haul.

Fans have to do some of the heavy lifting at this point... and so far, I don't know if they are interested in doing it.

    2. Yeah exactly. That was what i was trying to get at, and why i said that it's going to be a long time before there's any thing else. And i agree with you when you say that us fans have to do the some of the heavy lifting, you know, just keep buying the DVD's and the Merch. That's what all of us fans can really do right now. But if that doesn't work out, we can always sign petitions. :P

    3. Essentially, fans are proving WB right by not doing any mass organizing to buy merchandise.

And signing petitions will do squat.

    4. Yeah, unfortunately not many people are doing that. And petitions aren't going to help either. Like you said, they do squat.

  2. The ending still bothers me too much for me to participate in any campaigning or buy merchandise. I'm not even sure I could trust Fedak not to butcher the movie the same way he did with the finale.

I'd need a comic miniseries or something to fix the ending before I could get behind the movie project. Probably very petty of me, but hey..

  3. I moved on . Loved the show , but it's over . If we get more Chuck in the future great ! If not we had 5 good years with excellent characters and rabid fans .

COMMUNITY owns my life now .

    1. As anonymous said.. Chuck was a great show we got 5 years enough already no dream or petition is going to bring it back.

TBH personally i don't even want to see a movie after the season5 ending, Fedak&the crew don't know how to provide a satisfying ending so a movie would do more harm then good ;)

Good luck to Zac with his new show.
