  2. These are even more cryptic than usual Magnus. Lots of possibilities. Which Bartowski?, Pig degrees? Chuck's pocket protector stops him from getting killed? Chuck was a schoolgirl?

  3. I am having some fun with these. :) I may give more info in a few days, depending on how the guesses go.

  4. 1)Mama B is in charge in Caseys new operation.
4)A girl that Chuck knew from school- and had a crash on her- becomes an agent and Chuck meets her.

  6. The podcast is recorded but since I need to do heavy editing, it won't be out until tomorrow (most likely).

  9. Thanks Magnus for the teaser. Im very intrigue about the "new agent"...i can see funny and jealous sarah walker moments..hope to have more spoilers.

  10. You mean my comment? its ok... can u tell me if i am correct though?

  11. I don't think Mama B will be in charge of... NCS, is it? More likely that Chuck says "Bartowski in charge" of solving the murder mystery.

As for the schoolgirl thing, oh I'm excited! XD

  12. new agent is chucks schoolgirl crush... as in stacy kiebler/greta? we know she is coming back, I thing JS/CF said she will be back as a greta agent with backstory, and I can see her being described as a schoolgirl crush

I wish it meant that jill was coming back but I really don't think it does.

I like the idea that mama B is in charge of casey's new operation, but it could also be ellie doing some important things that have to do with the intersect...
or just ellie taking charge like she did in vs the ring part 2 with "we are bartowskis we don't live off grids!"

Is there someone that has acted with kevin bacon that has part of their name as pig or something that will be on the show?

pocket protectors could be symbolism for the buy more, maybe someone in the buy more does something heroic to save someone?

    guesses guesses...

and about the jealous sarah walker I really really hope that happens
if it is stacy keibler that would be perfect.

aww well. imdb just isn't a reliable source of information anymore, is it.

  15. The Kevin Bacon reference has something to do with the famous "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon", only Pig instead of Six. Or Bacon<->Pig? Hmm. A clue to the casting? Or to the game and plot? Interesting puzzle.

"New Agent: Chuck's Schoolgirl Crush" is about
Josie, a serious but pretty young woman with a very strong intuition, I assume?

    ReplyDelete
  16. IMDB is the wikipedia of movie information.

Though, if she is in 4.19, then I don't know about it... or I am super confused right now. ;)

  17. rich says
it just lists Isaiah Mustafa for 4.18 but not Stacy Keibler, so I thought she must come back in later. I trust you though!

it also doesn't (currently) list either one in 4.19

  18. This episode sounds like a bottle episode. Mrs Seaver from growing pains was chuck's first childhood crush! The kevin bacon thing might mean that the killer is somehow related to the victim. Bartowski in charge is obviously a riff off charles in charge and that means that chuck will head the murder mystery. the pocket protector thing might mean that chuck magyvers up for this episode and probably throws that at the killer to save lives.....that is all my guesses so I am out now!

wow I am clearly not educated in tv. the only reference I got was the kevin bacon thing, and that was only after I searched the phrase on google.

  20. I guess the episode synopsis gives away #1:

    "Chuck VERSUS THE MUUURDER"

03/21/2011 (08:00PM - 09:00PM) (Monday) : WHEN A SPY IS MURDERED IN CASTLE, IT'S UP TO Chuck TO FIGURE OUT "WHO DONE IT" – ROBIN GIVENS GUEST STARS – Chuck (Zachary Levi) is put in charge of a top-priority mission, but his leadership skills are pushed to the limit when there is a murder in Castle. Meanwhile, Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) takes on a mission of his own when Ellie (Sarah Lancaster) finds an alarming new hobby. Elsewhere, Morgan's (Joshua Gomez) leadership is also tested when his Buy More troops wage war against Large Mart. Yvonne Strahovski, Scott Krinsky, Vik Sahay, Mark Christopher Lawrence and Bonita Friedericy also star.

  21. haha "elsewhere" as in 10 feet up...

  22. The rivalry between Buy More and Large Mart is back!!

I like the idea of a murder mystery on "Chuck". I bet that it's a Greta who bites the dust. Of course, I would have thought that it was a random nameless Buymoron who would be a potential murder victim. But since it's a spy who is murdered, A Greta seems more likely.

As for suspects, everyone is a possible suspect in a murder investigation until the evidence proves otherwise. We know that Chuck will be innocent, since he is the star of the show and since it is not in his nature to be a killer. Chuck will be the one who has to solve the case. Morgan may be a suspect, but I think he will be innocent, and he will be proved innocent. As for Sarah and Casey, I think they'll be innocent as well. That would leave a Greta or an enemy mole as the most likely suspects. The other Buymorons would be unlikely suspects as well.

  23. First of all: thank you Magnus. You have helped me go through a Chuck-less and Castle-less week.

    "Bartowski in Charge

The Pig Degrees of Kevin Bacon

    Pocket Protectors Save Lives

New Agent: Chuck's Schoolgirl Crush "

I just hope the pig degrees of Kevin Bacon has something to do with Ellie's new alarming hobby.

I also hope the "pocket protectors save lives" isn't some of those "someone gets shot, but the bullet gets stuck in his/her pocket protector/badge/wallet/iPhone" scenes. Been there, done that (Chuck vs. the Helicopter).

Oh, and if the last one isn't some evil (albeit extremely entertaining) game of words, it would be epic to see a jealous Sarah and the good old awkward Chuck. I love jealous Sarah.

It would be awesome if the murder victim were Chuck's school crush...it would certainly give the episode an extra emotional element. On the other hand, it would be pretty lame if she were the murderer and they played the "oh-it-can't-be-her-because-we-went-to-school-together-and-she-was-so-sweet" card for most of the episode. That would be a ridiculously predictable "twist", just as the Amy one on CAT Squad.

  24. Wow man you are a downer. I think i going to go back over and live in the fantasy world of ChuckTV and the cast and crew of Chuck. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  25. From Chuck being put in charge of the top priority mission it would mean that he proves he is definitely more "special" than the A-Team. Not that it is ever in doubt. But still it seems that "smart Chuck" is what saves the day. What their flaw is may end up being related to a certain kind of intelligence and the ability take the Intersect info and put it into a larger context. He proves his worth to the CIA,NSA,NBA,ABA, NHL and QVC. ;)

Could Chuck's schoolgirl crush be a nerdy librarian type that grew up to become smokin hot after following him to Stanford? Probably not even close. I have a feeling Magnus you are really throwing us a curveball with this one and it is not even close to literal. Accurate but way out there.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Wait!!! I just figured out the last one! BAILEY!!! She is making an appearance on the show!!

    ReplyDelete
  27. If you are going to tackle a murder mystery, I hope they are less obvious than who the mole was in the C.A.T. Squad.

But, the episode sounds promising. Love the idea of Chuck being in charge. I guess that's his next career progression. I'm wondering how that sits with the more experienced Sarah and Casey.

I'm wondering what's up with Ellie, though. Two synopses have implied that she is getting a plot that doesn't have to do with babies and wedding planning. I just hope it is substantial.

  28. School girl crush. That refers to a girl who has a crush on a guy. She gets flustered around him. No way Chuck is crushing on anyone when he is marrying the most beautiful woman on the planet.

  29. I remember seeing that 4.19 had two guest characters that sounded a little like an MI6 version of Chuck and Sarah in the early days so perhaps the crush is like a reversal of the Beefcake. IE Chuck is the er smooth suave experienced agent and and the poor male agent is left watching in dumbfounded horror and getting increasingly jealous as his OTP moons around after the 'dream boat' like a teenage school girl.

  30. It was Jeff and Lester in the Theater Room with the poisoned Mystery Crisper.

I'm kidding. There is no way that they would do that. Or would they?

    ReplyDelete
  31. "New Agent: Chuck's Schoolgirl Crush"
Wonder if Sarah is going to keep Josie away from Chuck at knife point?

    ReplyDelete
  32. The schoolgirl crush thing sounds like a Casey insult. I'm going to guess the opposite of everyone else so far and say Chuck mancrushes on the dude agent.

  33. Sue is the first to think outside of the box... and to have learned English grammar. :)

    ReplyDelete
  34. LoL...you missed the opportunity to use Charles In Charge for spoiler number one.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I didn't miss it. It was considered. I decided I liked Bartowski in Charge better. Made people think for a minute. :)

    ReplyDelete
  36. I like Sue's idea! And didn't the casting call say the guy was a star hacker at 14? That would definitely cause Chuck to swoon ;) Also I like the pocket protector one. I'm thinking maybe it might have something to do with the pens? Maybe similar to the poison pen in First Class?

  37. I applaud Sue for her guess... but most of all, for paying enough attention in school that she knew that Chuck being in possession of a schoolgirl crush couldn't possibly be a reference to a girl who had a crush on Chuck in school.

So, she is totally right. Chuck has a crush on the new MALE agent... and is called out on it.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Yay! I was right. This spoiler has me pretty excited. I love overly enthusiastic Chuck. So cute. I hope he's super nerdy about it.

    ReplyDelete
  39. sounds like something casey would do (the calling him out)

    ReplyDelete
  40. I believe it comes from his new boss.

  41. "I believe it comes from his new boss."

Oooh, is that a new teaser?

    Chuck has a new boss?

    ReplyDelete
  42. BTW--
I don't know if the object of Chuck's crush is the character Lewis, but people can see a picture of the actor playing Lewis at IMDB.

He's cute. Didn't know if that was Chuck's "type". :-)

  43. "Pocket Protectors Save Lives" like in CVT Helicopter, where Chuck's badge stops a trank dart or CVT Honeymooners, where a book in the pocket stops a bullet
